John Jewell has significant experience helping companies plan for expected growth and managing through distressed situations. His experience ranges from working with lower middle market start-ups to established multi-state organizations with over $1b of revenue.

Between his career in industry, consulting, and banking, John has helped companies raise over $230m in combined equity and debt. He’s accustomed to helping companies navigate financial challenges and leading significant changes. He also has much experience serving as a sounding board for management teams and is well versed in managing external relationships with investors, lenders, and vendors.

While his area of expertise is in finance, John’s capabilities extend beyond numbers and spreadsheets. Whether its finance transformation work, operational improvements, or strategic planning, John has considerable experience that can help drive immediate results.

John originally hails from outside of Cleveland, Ohio, but currently lives in Chicago with his wife, son, and dog. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and an MBA from The University of Dayton. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
